About REMA Counselling

REMA Counselling is a confidential counselling service that seeks to serve and help people in Watford and wider areas with a range of counselling needs including depression, bereavement and loss, stress, anxiety or relationship difficulties.

We are a Christian counselling service and offer short term or longer term low cost counselling. Our ethos is to be of service to our local communities. Spirituality is important to us but we fully respect our clients’ right to make their own decisions in all aspects of life including faith. The service is offered to all, irrespective of religious, cultural or ethnic background. We use an integrative relational counselling model that can be tailored to meet the needs of a wide range of men and women aged 18 and over.

Our Counsellors

Our counsellors are in training at the London School of Theology, coming from a range of cultural backgrounds and with a wide range of experience working with individuals. They are all in training towards becoming accredited with the British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP). We work within the BACP Ethical framework and we are an official accredited service of the BACP. All counsellors are regularly clinically supervised in line with BACP regulations.
